If you reading this then you are probably considering changing your conservatory roof and I am sure, you, like the good lady and I, will have any number of concerns/doubts as to if this system would work for you. So for a number of years we have wanted to create an open space from our kitchen into our conservatory which would mean removing our old sliding door to create one bigger space, however, we were very concerned that the temperature would then be too cold throughout this new space. We had many doubts and a multitude of questions that needed satisfying before we could commit to a project. During lockdown we had a variety of quotes for the many options available including, building extensions, the instillation of a new ultra frame roof, even knocking the old conservatory down and starting again…..however, none of these options presented a realistic financial proposition, we then stumbled across MIDLAND INSULATED CONSERVATORY LTD via Facebook. Now I believe that Customer Service is the key to good business and I was delighted that during that first call with Gabriel he appeared to tick many of the Customer Service Excellence boxes that I would require before letting stranger’s into my home, Gabriel came across as warm, friendly, honest and accommodating even on that first call. Once at our home for the initial consultation we kept Gabriel with us for probably over 2 hours – poor fella – whilst the wife and I hit him with all of our concerns and bombarded him with questions – all of these were answered in his relaxed and honest style – there was no hard sell and at the end of the meeting we were convinced that MIDLAND INSULATED CONSERVATORY LTD could meet our expectations and therefore we agreed to go ahead with the project. Fast forward 6 weeks or so and we now have exactly what we wanted. A space that is fully incorporated into the rest of the kitchen, creating a new open dining area that will be used far more than the too hot – too cold conservatory that it has replaced. In terms of the work itself – have no fear, these guys are simply the best tradespeople I have come across. Gabriel, his brother Bogdan and a friend – sorry I have not got his name – complete a three man team that arrived at circa 8.30 am each morning and worked all through the day without a break to get the job done. They cleaned the garden and the conservatory each day and were a pleasure to have around – never was anything too much trouble for these guys and more importantly the standard of the finish is exceptional. These guys are so good that they are coming back to part convert my garage !!
